The Microsoft education initiative "Schlaumäuse - Kinder entdecken Sprache" has been supporting around 10,000 kindergartens throughout Germany for years in the early childhood promotion of language for 5 to 7-year-old children. The educators also receive a professional introduction to the program and help with early childhood language development. Speaking, reading and media literacy are indispensable skills that many children do not have sufficient command of at the time they start school. The educational initiative "Schlaumäuse - Kinder entdecken Sprache" (Smart Mice - Children Discover Language) from Microsoft is committed to supporting them. The learning software "Schlaumäuse" has already been released in several versions.
FAKTOR 3 has accompanied the initiative since 2011 with strategic PR and staged an exciting press event on the occasion of the software relaunch, embedded in a suitable media campaign, was also responsible for the content orientation, the preparation of the speakers as well as media work and local press support. In addition, FAKTOR 3 is in charge of the annual German tours of the Schlaumäuse, which regularly stops in over 30 regions of Germany.
